The Marketing Challenge

Across industries, the core challenge was always the same: how do you build partnership ecosystems that create real value — not just logos on a slide?

At Yorktel and Caregility, I needed to turn technical and service integrations into meaningful go-to-market collaboration and shared storytelling opportunities.

At The 1803 Marketplace, the challenge was flipped — I had to build a community of emerging consumer brands and position them collectively in a competitive golf retail space dominated by legacy players.

In both cases, the objective was to create structured partnership models that:

  • Drove mutual visibility and credibility,

  • Delivered measurable commercial results, and

  • Strengthened long-term relationships through co-marketing and shared value creation.

Across Yorktel, Caregility, and The 1803 Marketplace, I led end-to-end partnership strategy, enablement, and activation, connecting products, services, and audiences under unified value propositions.

  • At Yorktel, I helped enable an expande network of hardware, software, and service delivery partners to enhance collaboration and UCaaS offerings.

  • At Caregility, I developed and supported a robust partner ecosystem spanning AI, hardware, translation services, medical peripherals, and workflow integrations, helping healthcare providers deliver better virtual care experiences.

  • At The 1803 Marketplace, I built and managed a partnership model for 25+ independent golf and lifestyle brands, overseeing discovery, vetting, onboarding, and ongoing co-marketing collaborations.

In every role, I functioned as both strategist and operator — designing frameworks, building enablement materials, and executing marketing programs that turned partnerships into measurable growth engines.

My partnership framework blends strategic rigor with creative collaboration.
