From Enterprise Strategy
to Emerging Brands

My career started in tech, working with companies like Avaya, Yorktel, and Caregility to launch communication and virtual care platforms that reached thousands of users worldwide.

At Caregility, I helped scale the business from 700 to 19,000 hospital rooms, leading go-to-market strategies for products like the APS 100 and APS 200 Duo — telehealth systems built to make virtual care more accessible and affordable post-pandemic.

Over time, my passion shifted toward helping smaller, mission-driven brands — particularly in toys, sports, and e-commerce — tell their stories with the same clarity and strategy as enterprise giants.

That passion led me to create JCGC Consulting, a boutique consultancy that helps founders and creative brands grow smarter through brand, marketing, and go-to-market strategy.
